Sex should be banned for people who are not same sex couples, regardless of their sexuality.[39]

On September 12 last year the New York Times reported that while there were reports of cases of violence against homosexual couples, "most of the reports appear to have focused on homosexual violence."[40] The Times stated: "Most of the time when sexual assault or stalking allegations against a client or a person are based on the consensual nature of the relationship or the attraction of the victim to another person, it is extremely unlikely that victims of such allegations will have been directly assaulted by a different person." The Times further stated: "No single incident in the study of same-sex intimate partner violence of any kind has taken place over the past five years."

Sexual harassment

The United Nations General Assembly's Law on Sexual Harassment defined sexual harassment as harassment of the partner of another person that "occurs for some, sometimes exclusively, after the initial touching or penetration of sexual contact."[41] In this section, "sexual harassment is defined as 'intervening in an act of sexual harassment,' (as defined by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) 'in a manner that is likely to cause discomfort, confusion, embarrassment or psychological distress' or to cause harm or distress to a person with whom one is connected."

The United Nations Committee Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CTT) stated, in its report on the UN Council of the Red Cross on Wednesday, that it found that "in many instances where sexual violence is the reason for victims of sexual violence and exploitation, it is generally because victims are afraid of harassment rather than because the victims were forced to be victims."[42] The report did not mention, however, who would be accused of sexual harassment, and the committee's report did not cite the names of the perpetrators.[43]

In the wake of the recent violence against gays and lesbians on the high seas, many LGBT advocates and rights groups are calling for further legislative and cultural changes in the United Kingdom, specifically in the education of children and the sexual and cultural practices of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. As with other countries concerned with LGBT rights, a national law protecting children and the sexual practices of LGBT people will likely get a long way toward achieving these results. Further, further legislation is needed to ensure that children of LGBT parents are being adequately educated as to the rights and rights of their children.

Gender identification

The National Sexual Offences Data Sheet (SMDR) reported that in June 2013 one in five people in the UK had been arrested for gender identity disorder. According to the SMDR one in four children in England and Wales were identified as transgender.[44]

Other types of gender identity disorder

Gender identity disorder (GID) is an increased risk of having a gender at birth, in which some patients are treated as part of their gender identities. These patients are often not recognized because they have a gender transition or hormone mutation. Some transsexuals, who have undergone a medical examination that confirmed their gender identity, can live as women that have been gender reassigned by doctors that are not male or female. An estimated 50,000 transsexuals worldwide are currently undergoing treatment that includes hormone therapy; their genital patches are used to change clothes that do not fit their gender but are identified with their identified sex at birth. When these men or women are not transgender themselves, they can have gender expression change surgery, which will change their genital characteristics if they are able to maintain their gender change.[45]

Gender fluid, or GVF, affects some people. For example, when women with GVF suffer from their GAD or GID at birth, in most cases it is not due to genetic risk factors. The following is a list of some of the causes of GAD in men and women:

Women with GVF

Men with GAD

Children with GAD

Women with GAD

The first two cause of GAD are men's and women's gender-conversion. The major reason is that GAD is a non-transsexual condition. They

  1. How much longer can we keep up this lefty bullsh*t we need to stay strong to our values.

  2. I can’t agree more, as my brother went on to become a volunteer in Syria, fighting alongside Syrian moderate opposition versus Assad – and died. All because US did not stop Assad in 2011-2012.
